Paul F. Edmonson, M.D., Ph.D.

After earning a Ph.D. in Molecular Virology at Harvard University, Dr. Edmonson received his MD from the Mayo Clinic and then completed his pathology residency training at the University of Washington in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology. Following residency, he continued at the University of Washington in a one year fellowship in Gastrointestinal and Surgical Pathology under the direction of Drs. Mary Bronner and Cyrus Rubin.

 

Dr. Edmonson has been named by his peers as one of Seattle’s top pathologists, appearing in the “Best Doctors” issues of regional magazines such as Seattle. Dr. Edmonson joined Northwest Pathology Services in 2002 and became part of CellNetix when the two entities merged in 2008. He is board certified in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology and holds additional sub-specialty expertise in Gastrointestinal Pathology.
