Nan Ping Wang, M.D., Ph.D.

Dr. Wang attended medical school at the School of Medicine, Taipei Medical University, in Taiwan. His Ph.D. training from the University of California provides expertise in molecular biology, which has proven essential in the diagnosis and prognosis of tumors. Dr. Wang completed residencies in Laboratory Medicine and Pathology from the University of Washington. He is fellowship trained in Immunohistochemistry from the University of Washington and in Molecular Medicine from the Institute of Biotechnology, Center for Molecular Medicine, University of Texas in San Antonio.

 

Dr. Wang is also specialized in Breast Pathology, working closely with surgeons, radiologists, and oncologists at Swedish Breast Care Centers to provide multi-disciplinary care for breast cancer patients. He is board certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology.
