Charles J. Hunter, M.D.

Dr. Hunter is board certified in Anatomic Pathology, Clinical Pathology, Dermatopathology, Internal Medicine, and Medical Microbiology.

Dr. Hunter obtained his medical degree from the University of Michigan School of Medicine in Ann Arbor. He is fellowship trained in Dermatopathology from the Thomas Jefferson University, Institute of Dermatopathology in Philadelphia and in Anatomic Pathology and Microbiology from the University of Virginia Health Science Center in Charlottesville. Additionally, he completed three residencies; one in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from the University of Virginia Health Science Center, another in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology from the University of Michigan Medical Center, and a third in Internal Medicine from the St. Joseph Mercy Hospital, University of Michigan Medical Center Affiliate. His past experience as an emergency room physician speaks to his ability to offer expert consultations on a wide variety of pathologic sub-specialties.
