Carolyn Claar Kitchell, M.D.

Dr. Kitchell attended medical school at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. She was Chief Resident in Clinical Pathology at the New England Deaconess Hospital at Harvard University in Boston. She also completed residencies in Anatomic and Clinical Pathology at the New England Deaconess Hospital, and in Anatomic Pathology at the University of California in San Francisco.

Dr. Kitchell is board certified in Anatomic Pathology and Clinical Pathology. She possesses sub-specialty expertise in Clinical Pathology and Flow Cytometry. Dr. Kitchell joined CellNetix after practicing many years at Swedish Medical Center/Providence Campus. Her particular areas of interest include Hematopathology and Laboratory Medicine. She is also a clinical assistant professor at the University of Washington, Department of Laboratory Medicine.
